Purefit Keto can be purchased through their Official Site.
What is Purefit Keto?
Dieters everywhere are turning to a ketogenic diet to lose weight. Most people find following such a restrictive diet difficult, so they turn to supplements to help them along the way. Purefit Keto is a diet supplement that promises dieters a faster way to attain a state of ketosis.
Purefit Keto does not reveal how their company got its start if they are affiliated with any other products or where they are located. A Better Business Bureau investigation was conducted in North Central Texas, leading us to believe that it originated in Texas.
Purefit Keto Claims
The makers make several claims about this product including:
- Induce a state of ketosis
- Better brain health
- Faster gains from exercise
- Builds lean muscle
- Results in a weight loss of 20 pounds or more a month
Was Purefit Keto on Shark Tank?
Purefit Keto’s website and social media pages claim that the diet was featured on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank. This product was never featured on Shark Tank. The company behind this supplement is purposely misleading consumers.
What did the Better Business Bureau uncover?
The company first came on the Better Business Bureau’s radar when they claimed they were featured on Shark Tank. The BBB report states that despite images that appear on Purefit Keto’s official website, this product never appeared on Shark Tank and is not endorsed by any Shark Tank judge.
The report also expresses concern over claims made by the company regarding the safety, ingredients, and effectiveness of this product. Purefit Keto received a Better Business Bureau rating of F, the lowest possible rating.
The Better Business Bureau investigation is not over. There are users of the supplement on Amazon and Facebook making some serious claims about the company.
Purefit Keto was offering a trial bottle for $4.95, the cost of shipping and handling. The credit cards of people who requested the “free” trial were charged $198. They were unable to reach a customer service representative to request a refund.
Is the supplement a scam? It’s indeed beginning to sound that way.
Purefit Keto Ingredients
We research every ingredient in the diet supplements we review. Each ingredient could add to a supplement’s effectiveness or increase the risk of side effects. Unfortunately, there is no complete list of Purefit Keto ingredients available. The product’s packaging lists a few ingredients but doesn’t specify how much of those ingredients are in the formula.
The following ingredients are the only ones listed on the label:
- Magnesium stearate
- Rice Flour
- Silicon dioxide
BHB as a substance that is naturally produced in humans and used by dietary supplements in an attempt to increase muscle gains, according to Sports Medicine.
There is insufficient evidence for BHB’s effectiveness as a weight loss aid.
Magnesium stearate is a widely used filler in the pharmaceutical industry. Magnesium stearate does not affect the effectiveness of Purefit Keto.
While rice flour contains healthy amounts of protein when incorporated into a balanced diet, it only serves as a filler in Purefit Keto pills.
Silicon dioxide is used by pharmaceutical companies as an anti-caking agent to stop the ingredients in a pill from sticking together.
Purefit Keto capsules are made from gelatin.
Does Purefit Keto Work?
There is no evidence to suggest that this is an effective diet supplement.
Purefit Keto Benefits and Results
The website showcases several before and after pictures of success stories. Our research team reviews hundreds of diet supplements, and something about these photos seemed familiar.
We did some digging and were surprised to find that the same photos were used by several other companies including Keto X Factor.
The website also features reviews from Facebook users. The problem with the reviews is that they were for products that are not Purefit Keto. In fact, the reviews on their official Facebook page are overwhelmingly negative.
Details on Purefit Keto and Weight Loss
When the human body runs out of glucose to use for energy, it enters a state of ketosis. A body in ketosis burns fat for energy. Keto diets severely limit how many carbohydrates you eat, forcing your body into a state of ketosis.
There are several benefits to keto diets. While in ketosis, your body will preserve muscle mass while burning fat.
An in-depth study in the Annals of Internal Medicine concluded that low-carbohydrate diets could lower bad cholesterol levels, improve insulin resistance, and reduce triglyceride levels.
Purefit Keto promises to put your body into ketosis instantly, resulting in 20 pounds of weight loss a month. Unfortunately, there is no magic pill to enter a state of ketosis, and 20 pounds of weight loss a month is not healthy.
Ketosis is achieved by eating less than 50 grams of carbohydrates a day, according to the National Center for Biotechnology Information. If you exceed that amount after entering into a state of ketosis, your body will revert to using glucose for energy, and you’ll have to start all over again. Keto diets can be useful, but many dieters struggle to adhere to such a restrictive diet.
How to Take Purefit Keto
Take two capsules a day, eat less than 50 grams of carbohydrates and exercise moderately.
How Much Does Purefit Keto Cost?
What does the Purefit Keto cost? The supplement is priced at $49.99 a bottle. The bottles are advertised as 800 mg Purefit Keto pills. Several verified users, who reviewed Purefit Keto, received 400 mg pills after paying for the 800 mg pills.
Potential Purefit Keto Side Effects
Most ingredients in the supplement are fillers that are commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry, so there is little chance of side effects. It also needs to be said that the makers of Purefit Keto do not provide a definitive list of ingredients.
If you decide to take the Purefit Keto advanced weight loss system, you’ll have no idea what you’re putting into your body. There could be potential Purefit Keto side effects from ingredients that aren’t listed on the label.
