Clean Eating Air Fryer Herbed Brussels Sprouts
If you love cooking in your air fryer, don’t neglect your veggies! They roast wonderfully in an air fryer!
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts (cleaned and trimmed)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (Or 4 cloves, minced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. oil
Place all ingredients in a medium to large mixing bowl and toss to coat the brussels sprouts evenly.
Pour them into the food basket of the air fryer and close it up.
Set the heat to 390 F. and the time to 8 minutes. This setting roasts them nicely on the outside while leaving the insides a nicely cooked al dente.
Cool slightly and serve.

- 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the spices, salt, pepper and oil to create a rub.
Place the pork tenderloin on a cutting board and coat all over with the rub.
Place in the air fryer and cook at 400F for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F with a meat thermometer.
